Building Steps
A tactic is built across multiple steps. Click
Add Step to create a new step — it copies the current player positions so you can reposition them to show movement. Steps are listed in the right panel. Click any step to jump to it.
Recording a Step
Click
Record Step to enter recording mode — move your players to their new positions, then click
Stop Rec. The new positions are saved as the next step automatically.
Playing the Animation
Use the playback controls at the bottom:
- ▶ Play — animates through all steps continuously
- ▶| Step — animates one step at a time, pausing after each. Click again to advance to the next step
- ◀ / ▶ — jump to previous or next step manually
- ⏮ / ⏭ — jump to first or last step
- Space — play / pause
- ← / → arrow keys — step through manually
Adjust animation speed with the slider in the right panel.
Movement Trails
When stepping between frames, dashed lines show where each player moved from. The ball trail is shown as a straight red line. All other objects (players, cones) record the
exact freeform path you dragged them along — curves, loops and all. To
straighten a trail back to a straight line, double-click the object while in Select / Move mode. Toggle trails on/off in the
Settings tab of the right panel.
Field View
Switch between
Full Oval,
Half Field, and
Quarter views in the Settings tab.
Saving
Click
Save to download the current step as a PNG image. Name your tactic in the
Notes tab — the filename will use that name.
